2. YC-1300/1500/1650S Semi-automatic Die-cutting and Creasing Machine
Die cutting
▶ It is controlled by PLC computer program, and the man-machine interface display screen is installed on the operation surface and the paper receiving surface to monitor the running status of the machine in real time, and dynamically monitor the input, output points and various faults of the computer program controller. The human-machine interface touch screen is installed in these two places, which is very convenient for troubleshooting and operation.
▶ Four optical fiber detection switches are used for the front gauge positioning to detect the precision of the front gauge, check the position of the paper, and avoid waste products.
▶ The side positioning adopts the dual-purpose design of pull and push gauge, and the position of pull and push can be adjusted arbitrarily to adapt to die-cutting of cardboard and corrugated paper, and there is an optical fiber to detect the accuracy of the paper in place.
▶ The stroke angle is 230°C, and the high-precision ternary cam indexing intermittent mechanism makes the tooth row run more smoothly.
▶ The imported pneumatic clutch and frequency modulation motor are used, and the braking is stable.
▶ The hot-pressing plate, knife template frame and die-cutting steel plate are positioned by locking plate, which is accurate and easy to operate.

▶ The main rotation is connected in the form of large modulus worm gear, worm drive, crankshaft and connecting rod, which reduces the movement gap and enables the machine to maintain stable operation under high speed and high pressure.
▶ The self-lubricating system ensures that the internal oil supply of the main drive is normal, and the machine stops automatically when there is no oil. The timing lubrication system automatically controls each lubrication point for regular quantitative oil injection lubrication.
